**What you'll do**
- Lead and manage the team of UX designers and frontend engineers that develop Verity's frontends
- Work with your team to continuously improve the UX design process and the frontend development process
- Identify the needs for new technologies and tools to guarantee the team can efficiently develop new solutions
- Contribute to the implementation of the frontend solutions

**What you bring**
- Degree (FH, BSc, MSc) in computer science, software engineering, or relevant field
- Experience with leading a team of engineers, exceptional time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Excellent understanding of processes and methods that meet high quality standards
- Additional plus
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Hands-on experience with UX design and UX research
- Experience with UX Engineering and tools that facilitate the collection of data for UX Research (e.g. Hotjar, Amazon Kinesis)
- Tools and frameworks
- Material UI
- Testing frameworks (e.g. JEST and Cypress)
- Figma
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
