**What you’ll be doing**

As part of the global Marketing & Sales (M&S) team you’ll have the opportunity to join a highly visible, strategically important team and support the M&S transformation through the development of the Hitachi One CRM.

Some of the responsibilities of this role include:
**Deployment, Applications and Systems**
- Establish and implement CRM related tools strategies that have an impact on business results, in alignment with business and IT organization objectives. Developing CRM M&S tools related roadmaps and regular updates as per the changing business scenarios
- Translates business objectives and requirements into workable plans and requirements documents for developing/enhancing the functionality and productivity of CRM related tools. Identifying which M&S areas could benefit the most from sale tools technology investments within CRM tool
- Collaborate with business partners to deliver business value through data management, analytics, and governance. Defines and prioritizes projects and workstreams. Manage integration and alignment between tools related projects
- Provide direction, leadership and/or influence for the development, implementation and continuous improvement of all systems working with internal teams and external partners to improve and/ or design new functionality to meet business needs.
- Conduct workshops to assess systems, policies, and procedures against standard benchmarks to identify opportunities for system and process improvements.
- Ensure deliverables meets company standards, compliance guidelines (Security, IT standards and IT Compliance)
- Proactively manage issues and risks and have a well-defined plan towards resolution/mitigation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Internal/external partners and suppliers
- Review individual project plans and manage implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training, and on-time delivery within budget constraints. Oversee the management of tools project closure initiatives
- Provide governance & oversight of CRM tool delivery to ensure M&S goals or objectives are accomplished within approved time frame, scope, and budget
- Collecting and giving feedback on process and tool deployment success in the organization.

**People, Training and Change Management**
- Support the business and GAM-teams to enable a long-run structured and sustainable mind-set in the sales teams for improving the utilization of CRM in the M&S organization. Support driving and ensuring behavioural change accordingly
- Identify, drive, and support the sales tool deployment related trainings
- Develop plans for optimizing the function, or sub-function and the talents required in job area

- Demonstrable success in a role of similar seniority and truly global role in large and complex organisations
- Solid and excellence expertise in SFDC **plus** M&S related processes
- Proven track record of leading successful global digital transformation projects and strong business acumen skills.
- Understand core business processes and associated technical solutions and have experience as a management consultant.
- Cultural sensitivity and openness to work in a diverse international business environment across all time zone
- Knowledge of tools and practices in business improvement, change and project management.
- Solid collaboration and networking skills, and strong in building relationships - speak up and listen respectfully to others
- Requires excellent communication skills, analytical ability, strong judgment and management skills, and the ability to work effectively with IT and business,
- Excellent Communication and leadership skills. Good interpersonal skills to optimally communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
