- Developing and implementing operational model and business case for MSH in line with Galderma medical offshore strategy and priorities (including site location, infrastructure, partnerships, capability requirements, recruitment strategy, legal and fiscal structure, phasing, scalability etc.) - integrating agreed requirements and expectations from Medical GBUs, Functions and Business Partners (HR, legal, ITS ,finance, procurement etc.)
- Ensuring cross functional alignments related to Galderma offshore strategy and footprint
- Integrating automation and new technologies into operational model during planning and on an ongoing basis after implementation
- Developing, implementing and monitoring roll out in close collaboration with Medical GBUs, Functions, Business Partners
- Together with Medical GBUs and Functions aligning continuously on priorities and deliverables
- Establishing effective quality control and processes, aligned with relevant functions and Galderma quality, compliance, ethical, legal and governance standards
- Establishing effective local operational management organization
- Proposing expansions and evolutions of MSH in case of increasing demands and requirements - business case illustrating expected efficiency and productivity gains related to proposed changes of established Galderma operational models and benchmarks
- Managing demand planning with GBUs and functions
- Developing and monitoring metrics/KPIs related to the performance of the MSH

**Minimum Requirements**:

- 10+ years in management of complex organizational programs (strategy and operations, transformation, change management, etc.)
- Significant expertise in structuring information, distilling conclusions and prioritizing action points; including the ability to synthesize seemingly disparate information
- Sound understanding of medical operations and services
- Demonstrated experience in managing senior stakeholders across functional areas in large, global organization as well as select external stakeholders
- Substantial understanding and knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and medical activities, efficient offshore models, key trends and changes
- Knowledge of relevant innovations and technology advancements related to medical activities
- Experience with set up of new operational structures in greenfield situations
- Demonstrated effective leadership skills
- Knowledge of strategic trends and issues in the global pharmaceutical industry
- Fluency in English
