Als Success Manager bist du für deinen eigenen B2B Kundenstamm verantwortlich. Du entwickelst langfristige und nachhaltige Beziehungen zu deinen Stakeholdern und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kunden mit dem FELFEL und Gavetti Service glücklich und zufrieden sind.

**DEINE AUFGABEN**:

- Beziehungsmanagement mit **B2B Kunden.**:

- **Strategischer Overview** vom eigenen Kundenstamm und gezielte Entwicklung von Strategien zur Erreichung von Teamzielen.
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Acquisition Team zur Generierung neuer Leads.
- **Onboarding** von Neukunden (Koordination und Austausch mit dem Kunden sowie mit den verschiedenen internen Teams).
- Organisation (Start-)Events beim Kunden sowie enge Begleitung der Testphase.
- Daily Business: Bearbeitung von Anfragen deiner Stakeholder via Mail / Telefon oder vor Ort.
- Verstehen von **Kundenbedürfnissen** und Entwicklung individueller, kreativer Lösungen & Spezialkonditionen.
- Erstellung von aussagekräftigen Reportings für Firmenkunden.

**WER DU BIST**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium.
- Arbeitserfahrung im Dienstleistungsbereich, **Key Account oder B2B** ist ein Muss.
- Gute Sprach-/Kommunikationskenntnisse**:Schweizerdeutsch** und fliessend **Englisch**.
- Du bist gerne mit den unterschiedlichsten **Menschen in Kontakt** - sei das die CEO eines KMU oder der Facility Manager einer Grossfirma.
- Du bringst Kundenmeetings vor Ort, kurzfristige Telefonate und kompliziertere Mailanfragen unter einen Hut - Du behältst den Überblick über deine Tasks, arbeitest gerne selbstständig und bist ein Organisations
- und Koordinationstalent.
- Du denkst **kundenorientiert** und es macht dir Spass, kreative und **individuelle** Lösungen für die entsprechenden Kundenbedürfnisse zu entwickeln.
- Du verfügst über gutes **Verhandlungsgeschick** und **Führungsqualitäten**.
- Du bist gerne unterwegs **(Führerschein ist ein Muss)** und liebst einen abwechslungsreichen Arbeitsalltag.
- Du hast eine Passion für gutes Essen und guten Kaffee - denn nichts ist ansteckender für bestehende sowie potentielle Kunden, wie deine eigene Begeisterung.
- Nichtraucher: FELFEL ist ein Nichtraucherunternehmen - während der Arbeit rauchst du nicht, tagsüber geht es um herzhaftes Essen. :)
- EU/EFTA oder Schweizer Arbeitsbewilligung.
