**Role & Responsibilities**:
The Director of Project Delivery Process and Standards is accountable for connecting our business partners with cutting-edge Project Delivery capabilities which are uniquely suited to meet their business objectives and challenges. They will empower our customers to deliver maximum business impacts with confidence, transparency, and speed. We will do this by embracing an innovative and entrepreneurial mentality, relentlessly seeking leading practices and technologies from within the NCHC community and across the external environment and the industry. We will strive to implement and institutionalize these capabilities by becoming strategic business partners and trusted advisors for our E&PS and internal Enterprise partners, including Supply Chain, Commercial, and R&D.
This role is responsible for partnering and collaborating with our customers and partners to provide a Center of Excellence within the E&PS organization in the set up of projects and teams, development, training, coaching, and advice for the successful execution of capital projects. They develop and implement the IDEA (Ideation - Definition - Execution and Assessment) scalable process (“the what”) and FPX (Flawless Projects Execution) (“the how”) methodologies across the enterprise and globally to ensure that we do the right projects and that they are executed right while optimizing investments and intended value realization. They must drive a consistent, scalable, and standardized approach across the enterprise to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in diverse cultures and regions. Drive the organization to continuous improvement through ongoing analysis of lessons learned data, formalizing and enabling learning adoptions, and adjusting the strategy/execution accordingly. They will represent E&PS and will present to various leadership teams (E&PS - EH&S - Supply Chain, Engineering Leadership Council), in addition to collaborating with local, national, and international organizations, construction-related leaders such as IBC, AGC, CURT, CII, ISPE, etc.
Key relationships include leaders in all parts of our business, including E&PS Strategic Project Delivery and Regional Teams. they will also work with Project Teams on the implementation of IDEA and FPX scalable processes and tools. The intent is to provide overall assistance and support to project teams in making and documenting complete analysis and doing the most prudent decisions during Front End Loading (FEL) that will drive consistent collaboration and efficiencies; Contract development in alignment with Legal, Risk Management, and Procurement expertise; construction safety, owner/contractor negotiations, change orders, schedule adherence, and contingency utilization.

- Partner and support Project Leaders, PM - FEL, customers, and shareholders in the Front
- End Loading of any major capital investment initiative in acquiring agreement on project definitions, scope, and priorities, and ensures that resources, capabilities, and processes are in place including assembling project teams and proper resource allocation
