**The role**:

- Manage the deployment and patching process
- Owning the backlog of requests and manage prioritization with Product Owner and key business stakeholders
- Working with Scrum Master and technical teams to groom, estimate, and plan backlog for upcoming sprints and releases
- Ensuring adherence to the change management process
- Being a point of contact between business stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and QA
- Ensuring quality gate criteria is met at each gate by coordinating with the IT delivery teams

***Our ideal person**:

- Have relevant 5-7 years experience around in-house software service delivery, working in the commodity trading, finance, or accounting business sectors
- Are educated to degree level (or equivalent)
- Have strong language skills - a high English standard is required
- Have Scrum Master or Product Owner certification
- Can clearly and proactively communicate relevant information to various levels in the organization
- Good Knowledge of IT development and deployment technologies and processes
- Good knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
- Experience working with ticketing tools (e.g. Jira)
