This role will have responsibility for Design and Sustainment within the SCSS organization, Plan & Source functional areas:
- Manage business processes & standards, and interface & integration (technical) standards whilst managing user and functional requirements for Enterprise (Plan, Source) Systems and Capabilities
- Facilitate the development of business architecture in alignment with the Enterprise Systems
- Build, govern and update the functional and system design specifications
- Work closely with the Segments to select the standards & architecture solution that best meets the needs of the Functions
- Forge collaborative working relationships with Segment Teams and Deploy Excellence teams in the deployment of systems in alignment with the Operating Model
- Work closely with the Strategic Programs Lead to identify and implement enhancements to the Operating Model Framework in a controlled and compliant manner
- Consistently strive for continuous improvement to the process through a combination of CI/Lean, Lessons Learned & benchmarking.
- In collaboration with the Deploy Excellence teams, actively participate in the Governance Framework (Template management) to successfully navigate through the Deployment phases
- Ensure Support infrastructure (SUN), Continuous Improvement Process, Governance is established for deployed Enterprise Systems and Capabilities while adhering to the applicable capability design standards.
- Partner with Intelligent Automation and JJT teams to reimagine our processes, identify new opportunities for automation and deploy Enterprise Solutions for current and emerging business requirements.
- Provide feedback and lessons learned to strengthen the methodology and Enterprise Standards and processes.
- Develop and report KPI’s related to Design and Sustainment.
- Support Supply Chain Deploy Excellence Teams to ensure the delivery aligns with project plans and budget with mínimal disruption to customers and the Supply Chain
- Implement/Maintain/Govern Enterprise System Design/ Process Integrations for current and new Systems and Capabilities in collaboration with COE’s
- Facilitate the support of Enterprise Systems and Capabilities by ensuring a robust system support structure, where applicable
- Facilitate the Continuous improvement process for Enterprise Systems and Capabilities that ensure asset optimization while adhering to the applicable capability design standards
- Actively participate in the process which facilitates team members with acknowledged functional expertise to transition successfully in becoming flexible resources capable of supporting deployments outside their core focus areas
**Qualifications**
**Education**:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required; Master’s or Equivalent MBA in addition to a scientific background is preferred
Required:
- A minimum of ten (10) years of overall, relevant experience in supply chain
- A minimum of five (5) years of direct people management experience
- Functional knowledge of/and experience in systems within Medical Device, Pharmaceuticals, Consumer or other healthcare regulated sectors
- Detailed knowledge of standards, business processes and architecture for Plan and Source systems
- Experience with design, sustain and implementation of planning solutions such as (OMP, SAP APO, SNC)
- Detailed knowledge of GxP and Sox requirements and regulations
- Previous experience in working within a support organization with a knowledge of functional and matrix structures.
- Proven success in building and developing a high performing team
- Strong communication and change management skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams on a global basis
- Strong and proven project management experience
- Managing risk, including escalation
