Notre client, un grand groupe Suisse basé à Genève, recherche un/e:
Manager compensation & benefits (H/F)

**Mission principale**:
Développer et assurer la cohérence de la politique de rémunération et des avantages sociaux des filiales à l'étranger

Responsabilités
- Etablir la cartographie complète des prestations de l'ensemble des collaborateurs à l’étranger
- Définir et mettre en place les politiques et les procédures visant à garantir une cohérence au sein des filiales du groupe
- Assister la direction dans les procédures administratives de recrutement et de relocalisation du personnel
- Lancer les appels d’offres auprès de prestataires et négocier les conditions
- Collaborer avec les experts dans le domaine légal, fiscal, finance et assurance
- Accompagner les responsables des filiales dans leurs missions
- Gérer et développer une équipe de 2-3 personnes

**Profil**
- Formation dans le domaine de la Finance, des Ressources Humaines ou des Sciences Sociales
- 8 ans d'expérience au minimum dans une fonction similaire en Suisse
- Bonnes connaissances des assurances sociales
- Esprit analytique et synthétique
- Excellentes connaissances orales et écrites de l'anglais
- Parfaite maîtrise des outils informatiques Microsoft Office
- Orientation client très développée, confidentialité absolue
- Sens des responsabilités, rigueur et bonne résistance au stress
