Brand Marketing Intern

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Intern who will report to the Senior Product Manager. As part of your role, you will be supporting the Brand Marketing Advisor in the deployment and follow-up of the 360 marketing plan for Can-Am 3-wheel in Europe. Working with agencies, other functions and local marketing teams, you will be a key facilitator in creating a compelling customer journey and ensuring a successful season for the 3-wheel business.

**YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:

- Coordinate the sending to the European end-consumers
- Keep the European websites up-to-date, with exciting and timely content:

- Coordinate and implement website updates related to Field activities (such as Demo Tours, Tradeshows, Partnership with influencers,...) or to Retail activities (such as Open Days or Promotions)
- Support the deployment of pan-european website improvements (such as Campaign content, Product Model-Year updates or UX optimizations)
- Facilitate the distribution of Marketing materials:

- Contribute to the creation and translation process of Communication tools (such as brochures or marketing ads for dealers)
- Coordinate approval flow with local teams when needed and the assets sharing to end-users (dealers, press, distributors )
- Support internal communication and administrative tasks:

- Prepare visual & synthetic status updates about on-going projects for cross-functional or executive teams
- Coordinate the creation and translation of messages for the Dealer newsletter
- Support the marketing budget follow-up and related administrative tasks (such as invoices, vendor form & PO creation )

THIS ROLE IS A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

- Degree in Communications or Marketing
- First work experience in related field is a plus
- English-native or bilingual proficiency
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good organization skills and ability to prioritize
- Proactive solution-oriented mindset and customer focused
- Flexible and able to operate independently in a complex international business environment
- Interest for technical products and ideally powersports industry
