**Job Description Summary**: In this role, you will be responsible for the ownership, design, expert support and service delivery for the Global Mobility Services programs/processes and has a strategic role leading knowledge management. Organizes knowledge sharing to convey information about new approaches and best practices. Leverages expertise to influence a range of stakeholders and other providers to ensure delivery of strategic priorities.

Le/La titulaire de ce poste est responsable de la gestion, de la conception, de l’assistance avancée et de la prestation de services dans le cadre des programmes/processus exécutés par l’équipe Services de mobilité à l’international (GMS, « Global Mobility Services) et occupe un poste stratégique de supervision de la gestion des connaissances. Il/Elle organise le partage des connaissances en diffusant des informations sur les nouvelles approches et les bonnes pratiques. Il/Elle tire parti de son expertise pour influencer un large éventail de parties prenantes et d'autres fournisseurs afin de garantir l’exécution des priorités stratégiques.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Partner with People Operations and third party provider to ensure seamless transition of processes to third party.
- Serve as a point of contact for assigned business units and employees providing wing-to-wing services for business units.
- Responsible for managing day to day service delivery of Global Mobility administration and vendor escalations. Manage complex requests from businesses and individuals with regard to global mobility and its corresponding systems and tools.
- Manage suppliers and vendors. providing relocation, immigration and other services.
- Partner with business units to understand mobility requirements and provide guidance around assignment packages, policies and costs associated with the assignment.
- Work with business unit representatives to support initiatives to balance cost and assignment needs.
- Partner with business unit leads to manage the mobility workforce for global field projects.
- Manages requests from businesses with regards to global mobility and its corresponding systems and tools. Engages with suppliers and vendors providing GMS, relocation, immigration & tax services.
- Maintain mobility metrics, using lean methodology for continuous improvement opportunities and drive standard work.
- Skilled influencer, able to communicate complex messages to others. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.
- Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems that impact the function. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Significant experience in positions of increasing scope

Location is flexible.

As a federal government contractor, GE requires U.S. employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, unless an employee is in a state where this requirement is temporarily paused for federal contractors. Proof of vaccination will be required.

- Gérer les fournisseurs et les prestataires en assurant les prestations nécessaires en termes de déménagement ou d'immigration, ainsi que d’autres types de services
- Collaborer avec les divisions opérationnelles afin de comprendre les exigences en termes de mobilité et fournir des conseils sur les ensembles de tâches, les politiques et les coûts associés à l’affectation
