Are you ready to unleash your inner explorer while giving your career a dynamic uplift? Look no further - KAYAK is looking for an energetic and motivated Commercial Partnerships Account Executive to fuel our commercial activities across the EMEA region.

In this role, you'll engage with our partners in the flight vertical while keeping your eyes trained on market trends. We're looking for a quick learner who demonstrates a deep understanding of consumer behavior, a knack for data-crunching, and the drive to continually grow synergies with KAYAK's ever-evolving engineering, product, and business teams.

This self-starter will thrive in an agile, dynamic, and data-driven environment, based in our dog friendly office in wonderful Zurich.

**In this role, you will**:

- Build, negotiate, and sustain exciting business relationships with our flight partners.
- Keep a sharp eye on partner performance, lead proactive investigations to address changes or challenges.
- Identify and explore opportunities with partners to amplify existing relationships and drive both revenue generation and outstanding user experience.
- Build robust relationships with numerous teams within KAYAK - commercial, engineering, product and more.
- Assist team managers with strategic accounts, handling everything from reporting and tracking to billing and daily operations.
- Stay ahead of the competitors by identifying KAYAK's potential areas of improvement and help drive strategic plans to fill the gaps.
- Be an active voice to share back industry insights and product feedback based on partner conversations and own observations.
- 1-2 years of proven experience (bonus points if you're from the travel industry)
- The curiosity to dig deep into issues, coupled with a razor-sharp analytical mind to identify opportunities.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a proactive personality that adds to the KAYAK culture.
- The know-how to prioritize projects of varying magnitude.
- A self-starter attitude ready to conquer challenges independently.
- The knack to mingle with internal technical teams and liaise with senior KAYAK members across globally located offices.
- A good sense of humor that thrives in an exciting, fast-paced and at times, unstructured environment.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with a flair for powerful presentations.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- High attention to details.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an add-on)
- At least a BA/BS degree.
- A love for travel and experiencing the world
