**Global Product Lifecycle Manager for ACS580MV**:

We are looking for Global product lifecycle manager for ACS580MV product in Motion Systems Drives R&D, location Switzerland, China, Finland. In this position, you will report to global R&D manager and you are a member of Global R&D project management office

**Your responsibilities**:

- driving ACS580MV production ramp-up in new sites according to business needs
- leading and managing activities in R&D project portfolio for ACS580MV and other products related similar technology
- executing the project portfolio and projects within budget, with high-quality, right product cost and on-time releases
- facilitating resolution of technology and quality issues within and across organizations
- developing and securing R&D, LCM and product maintenance capabilities globally with a cost-effective footprint and the right balance between internal and external resources
- Supporting monitoring and managing IP topics with Global R&D management
- Working with global R&D management, maintenance units and other functions to prepare product roadmap and ensuring successful product delivery

**Your background**:

- MSc, PhD in electrical engineering or physics with +5 years’ managerial experience in R&D
- Proven track record of leading people in major R&D projects in multicultural environment
- Customer-oriented, cost
- and quality-focused approach in leading R&D activities
- Technical knowledge on power electronics drives or converter development
- Fluent written and spoken English matched with solid communication skills
- Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving skills
- High level of personal integrity
- International travel, approximately 20 days a year. Opportunities for short term assignments
