Sie sind verantwortlich für die Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Instrumenten und Prozessen zur operativen Sicherstellung unserer Strategie.
Hierzu gehören:
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System, z.B. Omnipresence
- Sämtliche analytische Instrumente für ein vollwertiges Performance Management
- Verantwortlich, in Kollaboration mit Marketing, für Prozesse bezüglich Field Force Effiktivität, wie zum Beispiel:
- Segmentierung, Profiling und Targeting
- Field Force Sizing
- Incentivierung einzelner Fachfunktionen
- KPI Definition, Tracking und Weiterentwicklung inkl. interner und externer Datenbeschaffung, z.B. IQVIA
- Ad Hoc Analysen
- Ausführung von Omnichannel Kampagnen in Kooperation und Abstimmung mit der Marketing Funktion
- Kreieren von Reporting, Dashboards und das Setzen von Massstäben
- Verantwortlich für das technische Performance - Tracking der Business Divisions von der Daiichi Sankyo (Schweiz) AG
- Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklern, Headquarters, Sales und Management
- Verantwortlich für User - Trainings der einzelnen technischen Tools
**Fachliche und persönliche Anforderungen**:
- Bachelor Abschluss in Business, Ökonomie oder artverwanden Themengebieten
- Mind. 5 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie und ähnlichen Tätigkeitsgebieten
- Praktische Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Umgang verschiedenen Systemlandschaften (z.B. Omnipresence, IQVIA, Power BI)
- Erfahrung in Digital Marketing und Omnichannel Marketing
- Hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft
- Sehr gute Fähigkeiten in Projektmanagement und Kommunikation auf verschiedenen Management - Ebenen
- Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
