**Job introduction**
As a Product Manager in Commercial Acquiring you play a vital role in driving the fast-growing payment business of Worldline. Located in the Global Business Division Commercial Acquiring, this specific role comes with a global responsibility for acquiring related value-added services like Installment
- / Cash Back Services or DCC (Dynamic Currency Conversion) at point of sale tailored to merchants needs globally with simultaneous use of the best possible economies of scale. Through running the lifecycle management of the individual services, through evaluating market needs / industry trends and translating them to detailed, new business requirements while same time ensuring compliancy with the individual scheme regulations, you are making a difference at the heart of Worldline, namely through its product management within the team of Acquiring Related Solutions.
**Your tasks**:
- Complement and strengthen the internal competence center of acquiring related value-added services (e.g., Purchase with Cash Back, installment payment services and DCC)
- Act as a representative of Worldline within industry-specific interest groups (e.g. EPSM, national card issuer and acquirer committees)
- Driving innovations about future value-added services for merchants within commercial acquiring
- Be responsible for the lifecycle and change management of current acquiring related value-added services, ensure compliancy with the international (Card) Scheme Rules
- Act as principal of the Commercial Acquiring Division as business counterpart to project managers by defining business requirements
- P&L responsibility end-to-end: annual cost budgeting and ongoing monitoring of the most important margin KPIs; Initiate measures whenever possible to reach the predefined targets
- Prepare content of product or service related value propositions, support product / service sales trainings
**Your profile**
- Relevant higher education in business administration - ideally combined with 2+ years of working experience in the area of product management, international working experience is a plus
- Excellent analytical and interlaced thinking skills, superb knowledge of Microsoft Office suite to translate those skills into meaningful outputs, in particular via Power Point and Excel
- Very good, structured communication / presentation skills (written and verbal) in German and English is a must, French is a plus
- Excellent team player within an international environment, and fun to work with
