**Your role**
- Do you enjoy getting your head around complex content? Does multi-tasking and stakeholder management come naturally to you?
- We are looking for someone like you to:
- work closely with sales on structuring Aircraft Financing, Commercial Real Estate and Unsecured Financing transactions from A to Z
- be responsible for documentation and process management on the transactions
- liaise with external legal counsel and industry experts
- manage contractual financial covenants and legal aspects of the existing portfolio
- handle risk, compliance and legal related matters with internal stakeholders

**Your team**
- The Global Lending Unit is a division-agnostic lending setup across Investment Banking and Global Wealth Management capabilities. As a Global Wealth Management product, we strive to provide the best service to our international UHNW clients.
- You’ll be working in the Product Management team and will play an important role in the successful execution of new transactions and managing the portfolio. You will become a main point of contact for our clients and external legal counsels.

**Your expertise**
- university degree or equivalent education (e.g., Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Management)
- commercial acumen; experience in Financing is an advantage
- a fast learner who enjoys new challenges and learning by doing
- resilient and pro-active
- solid numerical ability
- an eye for detail
- excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German or other additional languages are a plus
