**Your tasks**
- Managing the business according to our business policy principles and guidelines in the absence of management
- Planning of employee assignments incl. hour control
- Train and supervise the employees
- Ordering according to order set
- Control of incoming deliveries and invoices
- Management of the company cash book
- Carrying out the daily and monthly closings including monthly inventory
- General office work
- Adherence to the budget
- Active care of the guests
- Implementation of the hygiene concept in accordance with HACCP
- Living the company philosophy
**Your profile**
- Completed hotel management school / federally certified business manager or completed apprenticeship in gastronomy / hotel business with corresponding professional experience
- Passionate host
- Ambition to develop yourself
- Organisation talent and high social competence
- Good German language skills
- PC user skills
**Nooch Asian Kitchen - same same but different**
Nooch Asian Kitchen is one of the Familie Wiesner Gastronomie oldest food concepts and has been bringing Asian street food to Switzerland for over 15 years. Located in the Mall of Switzerland shopping center in Ebikon, the restaurant offers fine Asian cuisine in the middle of the action to all shoppers who want to eat while they store. Guests can enjoy our specialties on site, or they can order them as take-away. In addition, the team is also responsible for delivery orders.
