**Job Description**:
Join us in this exciting role and support our Automotive team as our Product Manager for one of our Value Stream Teams.
We are looking for a driven Product Manager who joins us on this journey. You will analyse current and future user needs and identify the opportunity for AutoScout24. You will be part of a cross-functional team where together with UX/UI designer and the engineering team you will find new digital solutions. You will define the business & operating models and work with stakeholders to sell your product internally and externally. You have a constant eye on the key metrics of your product areas and measure against the northstar KPIs you and the product team have decided on
**About the position**
- You will participates in setting company-wide product strategy
- You will be responsible for outcomes of your own product team
- You will shape and participates in the OKR and agile development process
- You will collaborate with other PMs, product teams and stakeholders on projects
- You must drive ahead, plan the long game of your value stream, value propositions and growing supporting the business
- You will maintain and improve data quality overall
- You can contribute to continuously improving our product management practice
**Qualifications**:
We already know you’re talented, but here are some other requirements for the role:
- You have a prior experience in product management in a fast-paced company
- You are technically savvy and experienced with qualitative and quantitative analyses and tools
- You have solved strategic problems and can navigate uncharted waters on your own
- You have a collaborative approach and ability to work with distributed, cross-functional teams
- You come with great communication skills. You're equally at home on zoom presenting to an audience of developers as you are talking to users and then coming up with product requirements. Your best days are the ones where you do both on the same day.
- You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- You want to make a difference, taking the bold curve for a pioneering tech company
