Legal Operations Administrator

Our client, a leading provider of agricultural science and technology, seeks a Legal Operations Administrator to provide administrative support to senior leaders in the Legal Department.
Commencement Date: May 1st
Location: Basel
Workload: Full-time (100%)
Duration: 8 months (with potential for extension)
Your mission:
- Manage calendars using MS Outlook, including scheduling regular meetings
- Assist in organizing team meetings, including agenda creation, minute-taking, and document distribution
- Monitor contract and document workflows to ensure timely progress
- Aid in contract and document execution in adherence to internal policies
- Assist in coordinating and facilitating meetings and training sessions
- Support the onboarding process for new Legal department hires
- Act as the primary point of contact for facilities and IT-related issues, overseeing general office management
Your background:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Teams, Zoom, and SharePoint
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in English, with good spoken and written German; additional languages are advantageous
- Several years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a law firm or legal in-house department
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with local and international teams
- Discretion and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
