**Operations Administrator (m/w/d)**

**Standort: Basel Allschwil**

Der Operations Administrator ist für die Erstellung von Druckaufträgen und Distribution Aufträge sowie für die Bestellung von Verbrauchsmaterial, Rohmaterial, Druckplatten und Stanzblechen verantwortlich.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sicherstellung der termin
- und qualitätsgerechten Erstellen von Druckauftrags-Mappen
- Erstellen von Distribution Aufträgen in GPM und Proforma Invoices
- Bestellen von Druckplatten und Stanzblechen
- Bestellen von Verbrauchsmaterial und Rohmaterial fur die Druckerei
- GMP-gerechtes Dokumentieren der durchgeführten Aufgaben
- Aktive Teilnahme an Prozessverbesserung

**Ihr Profil**:

- Ausbildung oder mind 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Administration Bereich
- Erfahrung in der Pharmaindustrie von Vorteil
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil)
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Computern / Grundlagenwissen gängiger MS-Office Anwendungen
- Eigenverantwortung, selbstständiges Arbeiten, Zuverlässigkeit
- Initiativ, flexibel und teamfähig
