**About the Role**:
Salesforce is our long-term sales and marketing automation platform which has the following product enabled: Sales Cloud, Pardot, Certinia and others third party systems.

In this role, your duties will include supporting the Salesforce and Pardot ecosystem. To ensure success in our environment, you should possess extensive knowledge of Salesforce system administration, exchange with different stakeholders to identify and clarify business requirements and track change requests with an agile methodology.

This full-time permanent position is based in Basel, Switzerland.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups
- Support the sales and marketing end users with organizational processes and with data management tasks (importing records)
- Collaborate with Business Application Owners from Finance, Project Management, Salesforce admin and IT
- Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards
- Perform maintenance, evaluation, performance, troubleshooting, installation and documentation related tasks
- Perform end-user support and training

**Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment
- Experience with Marketing Automation processes and with Salesforce data management (using various tools)
- Solid knowhow of backend infrastructure (object dependencies/ relationships, meta data)
- Certification as Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator (as a plus)
- Knowledge of core financial areas with the ability to transform business objectives and functional requirements into technical solutions (as a plus)
- Experience with Apex scripting and API usage (as a plus)
