HR Coordinator

We are looking for a HR Coordinator / Assistant to join our HR team in Geneva. This is a fixed-term contract of approximatively 6-8 months with an average activity rate of 60-80%.
Expected entry date: September - October 2023
Your assignments and tasks will include, inter alia:
- Preparing and taking care of the onboarding of new employees;
- Ensuring the administrative follow-up of employees' files;
- Drafting contracts and addendum, and other employment documentation, incl. draft interim and final work certificates;
- Monitoring and coordinating holiday requests and approvals, and absence management;
- Ensuring the high quality of services at the reception desk, and managing the planning and team;
- Acting as a point of contact for both employees and managers;
- Supervising the training plan of an apprentice;
- Participating in HR projects and staff events organization;
- Assisting the HR and Operations Manager in daily management of the HR duties and in ad hoc HR and Operations / Office management requests;
and in general, all administrative activities inherent to the proper functioning of the HR and Operations functions in Geneva.
- At least 5 years’ experience working in a similar position in HR;
- High interest in HR administrative tasks;
- Excellent organizational skills, rigor and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to interact with varied interlocutors;
- Reliable and trustworthy person with high standards service skills, proactive attitude and team spirit;
- Absolute respect for privacy and confidentiality.
