HRis Coordinator

The Human Resources Information Systems Coordinator will be responsible for the execution of a variety of HR and Information Systems-related activities, while gathering valuable hands-on experience in the framework of an international HRIS implementation project within the luxury hospitality industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the HRIS team in the various data gathering, data loading, data analysis and documentation activities related to the HR Information Systems
- Perform data cleaning and data loading activities
- First-level ticketing screening and support to internal customers
- Support recruitment activities with the creation and posting of requisitions and templates
- Prepare professional presentations and updates, maintaining and updating existing training material
- Coordinate the translation of HR-related content
- Participation in special projects to upgrade existing systems
- Additional projects and responsibilities as per business needs

**Desired Skills and Qualifications**:

- Eligible for a working permit in Switzerland
- Graduate from a recognized hospitality university
- Previous Human Resources or HR Information Systems experience are a plus
- Excellent English verbal and written skills, additional languages are a plus
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace
- Structures and system-oriented mind
- Able and willing to learn functional and technical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to structure information
- Ability to receive on-the-job training on HR Information Systems
