Tes tâches
- Prospection et développement commercial : identifier et contacter de nouveaux clients potentiels dans divers secteurs d’activité.
- Répondre aux procédures d’appels d’offres.
- Évaluation des besoins clients : comprendre les besoins et les défis spécifiques des clients. Proposer des solutions sur mesure pour répondre à leurs exigences opérationnelles et budgétaires.
- Présentation de solutions : présenter de manière convaincante les avantages et les caractéristiques des services de notre société en mettant en valeur notre expertise, notre expérience et notre valeur ajoutée.
- Accompagnement du département implémentation dans le cadre de la mise en place de nouveaux mandats.

Ton profil
- Formation technique de base complète et expérience professionnelle indispensable dans le domaine du chauffage, de la ventilation, de la climatisation, de la plomberie ou de l’électricité, ainsi qu’une formation complémentaire en tant que chef de projet, responsable de l’entretien ou concierge. Tu es familier avec le contrôle et le suivi du Facility Management, des services/prestataires.
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans un rôle commercial, de préférence dans le secteur du Facility Management.
- Déplacements dans le rayon d’activité des cantons de Vaud, Fribourg et Valais. Domicile nécessaire dans une de ces régions.
- Grande affinité informatique ainsi que pour les chiffres.
- Personne résiliente, dynamique et bonne résistance au stress, sachant communiquer avec confiance et compétence avec différents interlocuteurs.
- Sens aigu du service, esprit d’équipe et tu aimes travailler sur un large éventail de tâches de manière autonome et flexible.
- Parfaite maîtrise du français oral et écrit, bonnes connaissances de l’anglais (niveau A2). L’allemand est un atout.
