**Responsibilities & Profile**:
**Your contribution to KPMG**:
- Work closely with the Head of Sales and client-facing lead partners and their teams to select appropriate pitch opportunities to develop winning strategies including pro-active steering of the pre-tender phase, formulating storylines for pitches, structuring and reviewing proposal documents, as well as pricing strategies
- Execute complex, deadline-driven tender and pitch processes on national and international levels
- Facilitate key meetings, including kick-off sessions, and prepare site visits and presentation dry-runs
- Attend and lead presentation dry runs, providing coaching to the pitch teams (and individual members) for impact and authenticity
- Conduct and lead client debriefings and internal tender process debriefings to identify areas for improvement
**This is what makes you successful**:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration or similar, advanced degree preferred
- Ideally 3 - 7 years of relevant work experience; experience working in a partnership / professional services environment (preferably Audit) is an asset
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, either gained on Seller or Procurement side
- Solid executive presence and ability to build and sustain relationships within Audit Corporates
- Proficient German and English skills (native or C1/C2) are mandatory, French is an asset
- Excellent planning, project management and organizational skills
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset that enables you to act, work, and think independently
- Familiarity with Swiss corporate landscape is a plus
