You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables.

As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building.

You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Required•

Experience working as Project Manager/ Scrum Master/ Business Analyst•

Should have strong knowledge in Requirement Engineer and Technical Business Analyst, hands on experience on Payments Domain, Swist Messaging.•

Experience using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.•

Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices•

Experience in Finance and Wealth Management industries preferred•

Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.•

Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.•

Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.•

Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.•

Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.•

Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials.•

Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders•

Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.•

Excellent people and project management skills.•
