**Business IS project portfolio manager Motion**:**

In this role you will be responsible to deliver timely and reliable IS demand & project portfolio data management to support investment decisions in line with Motion business strategy. Also, develop IS project management practices and organization to deliver added value to Motion business, ensuring adherence to demand and project management policies and processes across Motion IS.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Provide financial and operational visibility over Motion IS demands and projects. Define key metrics, including measures for value realization.
- Design, implement and maintain an accurate Motion IS portfolio dashboard.
- Ensure data quality for demands and projects. Manage periodical IS project portfolio reviews with key stakeholders to ensure portfolio alignment with business strategy and architecture
- Raise awareness in Motion IS community on demand and project management requirements.
- Own and develop portfolio related processes to ensure common foundations and practices.
- Develop a continuous learning culture across project management organization, including agile work practices, peer-coaching, best practices sharing.
- Establish a network of IS project managers across the Provides leadership to temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice normally without carrying line responsibility

**Your background**:

- 5+ years of progressive related business experience, including project management, data analytics, governance, training
- Team player with experience influencing and managing global and cross-functional teams.
- Enthusiast data analyst, experienced on PowerBI or similar reporting tool, with good story telling and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, able to work effectively with mínimal oversight.
- Ability to accurately and effectively prioritize, manage and deliver multiple urgent requests
- Process management certification desirable (PMP, Prince2, Agile)
- English: Fluent oral and written
