**About** the role**:
Combine Finance expertise, Plasma business acumen and technical knowledge to drive continuous improvements in the organization, processes and systems and leadership of the Plasma OpU costing.
- Successful leadership, execution and delivery of the yearly standard costing process for the Plasma OpU, including analysis and narrative for the various stakeholders.
- Drive the Finance digital journey for the Plasma OpU. Execution of the GMS Digital Agenda as well as the pursuit of opportunities for the Plasma OpU specifically (in close collboration with teh GMSGQ Digitial Team).
- Support the OpU financial planning cycles with consolidation, analysis and storytelling for the various stakeholder reviews.
- Drive and support projects, initiatives or issues in the Plasma OpU as needed.

**How you will contribute**:

- Leads the OpU Standard Costing process end-to-end and manages method/policy matters, technical execution and the analysis phase. Works closely with the Plasma sites, the Plasma OpU Core Team and the GMS Costing Team to coordinate detailed intermediate timelines to ensure timely submission of the final outcome to the various stakeholders.
- Drives the execution and implementation of GMSGQ digital finance solutions within the Plasma OpU together with the GSM Digital Finance Team.
- Supports the OpU financial planning cycles with consolidation, analysis and storytelling for the various stakeholder reviews. Drive continuous improvement of Plasma OpU monthly and annual financial cycles:

- Annual Product Costing: Plasma Cost NRV Allocation Model, harmonization/standardization of C3ME utilization, and automation of costing analysis/consolidation/reporting.
- MYC/PRE and LBE/MRP cycles: COGS Variances and Amortization Variances analysis/consolidation/reporting.
- Monthly Financial Performance Report.
- Proven expertise in all aspects of manufacturing finance within the pharmaceuticals industry, especially in product costing.
- Hands-on experience implementing and using digital finance solutions, like ERP and Business Intelligence systems, planning and reporting including predictive analytics and simulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment; hands-on, proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects effectively.

Technical/Functional (Line) Expertise
- Strong expertise and experience digital finance solutions, using and implementing planning and reporting systems.
- Strong pharma manufacturing finance understanding, with emphasis on product costing.
- Very good data analytics skills, across technical solutions.
- Ability to translate finance needs into technical concepts and the other way.
- Hands-on, proactive, self-starter, able to deliver end-to-end digital finance solutions.
- Excellent agile project management skills.

Leadership
- A firm grasp of industry, manufacturing finance and digital finance solutions and concepts.
- Excellent communication skills efficiently deal with needs and manage change across GMS Finance teams, Plasma OpU Finance teams, and outside GMS Finance.
- Ability to influence stakeholders on all levels from operational, tactical to strategic levels.

**What you bring to Takeda**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance and ten (10) or more years of relevant experience in pharma manufacturing finance.
- University degree of science/business: Advanced degree is a plus (Master/MBA), in Engineering, Business Engineering, IT or Finance.
- Experience managing and engaging Global Teams and Global Business Partners/Stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills with proven decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to effectively influence and drive consensus across Global cross functional teams and can interact with all levels of management.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
