The positions we offer are best suited to recent graduates of a course of study, preferably at master’s level or higher (although not exclusively), and with at least one previous professional experience.

Conditions and benefits of the Early Careers Programme- Full-time onsite employment contract of 6 months with the World Economic Forum Geneva office- We are flexible to accommodate start dates between March 1st to May 15th 2023- Monthly gross compensation of CHF 4’400 (salary: CHF 4’050. plus health benefits: CHF 350-)- All required technological equipment (laptop and mobile phone) and accesses- This programme is not eligible for relocation support

Role 1 - ECP - Network and Content Management, Strategic Intelligence- Improve and maintain internal databases, knowledge tools, surveys, and records relating to experts in the Expert Network- Help streamline data quality processes in coordination with relevant internal teams and ensure an appropriate information flow with continuous improvements- Contribute to the curation of digital content on the Forum’s website topic pages, TopLink platform and Transformation Maps, as well as other in-development digital products- Provide support to the team’s projects including through research, community engagement, and editing- Help manage and update team marketing materials and design templates for social media communication assets for the Expert Network

Preferred requirements and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a relevant field such as economics, international relations, management studies, or IT- Experience in digital information / knowledge management and strong organizational skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel- Excellent writing, lay-out and communications skills a plus- Ability to thrive in a demanding environment and handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously- Responsible, self-starter, independent and self-driven- An enthusiasm to collaborate with people from a diverse range of cultures and backgrounds

Role 2 - ECP - Business Engagement, India & South Asia- Researching relevant industry trends to identify new partner engagement and business development angles for a set of existing and potential partners.- Supporting in driving, developing and maintaining the business acquisition pipeline.- Conducting outreach exercises with regards to potential Forum partners.- Monitoring macro trends and priorities of the regional business community to ensure that the Forum’s work on the region is cutting-edge and up to date- Participating in external calls with constituents, supporting senior team members in synthesizing key discussion outcomes- Coordinating internal efforts to operationalise partnership management, reaching out to relevant colleagues to gather information and lay out next steps- Analysing and proposing new ways through which Business Engagement could collaborate more efficiently with Platform and Government Engagement teams

Preferred requirements and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in political science, economics, business administration or other relevant fields- Understanding of the broader macro-economic and business landscape in India and South Asia Region- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English; other regional languages a plus- Energetic, self-directed, customer-oriented and collaborative/positive team player who is comfortable in a fast paced and international environment.
