We are looking for curious, collaborative, and driven technology risk professionals who can partner with the O&T organization to help us make more informed decisions that balance risk and reward.

The O&T organization spans a diverse remit of areas including: Information Security, Product Engineering, AI/ML Labs, Internal Systems, Content Operations, Real Estate, Sourcing, Customer Support, Cash Operations, Enterprise Transformation, and, the Global Shared Service Centers in India, Philippines and Mexico.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new, diverse team with an opportunity to shape the strategic direction of the enterprise wide risk and control program.

**About the Role**

In this opportunity as Technology Risk Business Partner, examples of some key areas of responsibilities are:

- Support the development and promotion of the technology and cyber risk framework as it evolves to meet business needs and keep pace with best practice.
- Embrace and support the business as it transforms towards a new strategic vision and respond positively towards changes in the business to achieve that vision.
- Own risk reporting across the functions/segments that you support- Support the Lead Risk Business partner to conduct risk analysis and assurance work as needed, including scenario planning, stress testing, trend analysis and control effectiveness reviews.
- Support the facilitation of the identification, capture, reporting and management of emerging risks across TR with a heavy focus on technology and cyber risks.- Act as a point of expert guidance to the wider business on technology and cyber risk related matters.
- Provide independent review & challenge of risk registers to ensure all material risks have been identified and managed according to risk appetite and tolerance.
- Stay up to date with industry changes with regard to risk approach, emerging regulatory and customer requirements and best practice.

**About You**

You’re a fit for the role of Risk Business Partner if you have:

- 10+ years experience of working with/in large scale organizations to advise on, design and implement technology risk and control frameworks
- Deep understanding of cyber and technology risk and regulations
- History of partnering with technologists to effectively identify and mitigate risks, particularly as it relates to cyber threats, technology driven innovation, disruption and resilience
- Proven ability to take initiative and influence within a matrix organization to build strong, productive relationships.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts in easy-to-understand terminology
- Proven ability to coach and develop teams on risk and control best practices, including cross-functional collaboration.
- College degree preferred
- This position is based in Zug, Switzerland
