Marketing & Event Project Coordinator

Our client is a brand known worlwide.

To strengthen its team in Marketing and Events, we are looking for a Marketing & Event Project Coordinator.

**Responsibilities:
- Planning of events (corporate, clients) in collaboration with other departments
- Supervision of sponsoring projects
- Management of ad hoc projects
- Coordination the Swiss influencer activation programs
- Assist in the plannification of budget
- Preparation of visuals for partners and the press

**Profile**:

- 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Graduate from Business school or Marketing field
- Experience in project management
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office programme package and SAP would be an advantage
- German mother tongue, very good knowledge of French and English a plus
