Dans le cadre du développement de notre service traiteur spécialisé en cuisine traditionnelle mexicaine, nous souhaitons recruter un Project & Innovation Coordinator. Ce poste clé a pour objectif de coordonner et d’implémenter des projets innovants qui valorisent notre offre culinaire, assurent la satisfaction de nos clients et augmentent notre compétitivité sur le marché.

 

Project & Innovation Coordinator

2. Missions et Responsabilités

 

2.1. Développement de Nouveaux Concepts

 

- Recherche et Analyse :

- Analyser les tendances du marché et les innovations dans le secteur de la cuisine mexicaine.

- Réaliser des études de marché pour identifier les besoins et attentes des clients.

 

- Conception de Menus et Offres :

- Collaborer avec des chefs mexicains pour développer des menus authentiques et innovants.

- Tester et valider les nouveaux plats et concepts avant leur mise en œuvre.

 

 

 

2.2. Gestion de Projets

 

- Planification et Organisation :

- Définir les objectifs, les délais et les budgets des projets de développement.

- Établir des plans d’action détaillés pour chaque projet.

 

 

2.3. Innovation et Amélioration Continue

 

- Proposition d’Innovations :

- Identifier et proposer des idées novatrices pour améliorer les offres existantes et créer de nouvelles opportunités.

- Organiser des ateliers et des sessions de brainstorming pour stimuler la créativité des équipes.

 

- Suivi et Évaluation :

- Mesurer la performance des nouvelles initiatives grâce à des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI).

- Analyser les retours clients et les données de vente pour ajuster et améliorer les concepts.

 

2.4. Communication et Marketing

 

- Promotion des Nouveaux Concepts :

- Travailler avec le département marketing pour développer des stratégies de communication autour des nouvelles offres.

- Présenter les nouveaux concepts lors d’événements et de salons professionnels.

3. Compétences et Qualifications Requises

 

3.1. Formation et Expérience

 

- Diplôme en gestion de projets, innovation, marketing, gastronomie ou domaine connexe.

- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets dans le secteur de la restauration ou de l’innovation culinaire.

- Connaissance approfondie de la cuisine traditionnelle mexicaine.

 

3.2. Compétences Techniques et Personnelles

 

- Excellentes compétences en gestion de projets et en organisation.

- Capacité à innover et à penser de manière créative.

- Compétences en communication et en présentation.

- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer des équipes multidisciplinaires.

- Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet et des logiciels de bureautique.

- Compétences analytiques pour l’évaluation des performances et l’analyse des données.

 

3.3. Langues

 

- Maîtrise du français et de l’espagnol. La connaissance de l’anglais est un atout.
