**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
As a dynamic, motivated **Marketing Lead—Events for Central Europe**, you’ll be part of our Marketing & Communications department, where you’ll be responsible for leading and coordinating the Marketing—Events unit in Central Europe (CE). You’ll be in charge of implementing our event services and developing them further and, together with your team and our business consultants, designing, organizing, and implementing various event formats for clients and alumni.

**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:

- You have a strong hands-on mentality and implement projects pragmatically, leading employees in a goal-oriented and empathetic way.
- You are characterized in particular by your organizational and planning skills, which make it easy for you to handle not only various events, but also budget planning, management, and controlling.
- Your confident approach to complex, dynamic situations ensures that you can manage multiple projects in parallel in a fast-paced environment.
- You work with many different interfaces in a structured and competent manner, creating valuable synergies.
- You are a networking talent and will enrich the CE team with your already existing network.

**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:

- You present confidently in front of Managing Directors and clients and are able to discuss initiatives and drive topics on equal footing with a wide range of stakeholders.
- You have at least five years of professional experience in marketing/events.
- You have leadership experience, can inspire your team, and successfully execute a strategic agenda with your team.
- You’re proficient in the MS Office suite, especially Power Point and Excel.
- Business fluent English and German round out your profile.

**YOU'LL WORK WITH**:
You'll be part of our six-member Event team, interacting closely with your Marketing and Communications coworkers in Düsseldorf and Munich. Your team members, who have highly diverse profiles, complement one another perfectly to take our events to new levels. Your manager will assist you in familiarizing yourself with the company and developing professionally. You will also always be able to draw on the experience of your coworkers.
