**Business Line Manager 100% - Automotive (w/d/m)**

**Das können Sie bewirken**:

- Globale P&L Verantwortung für Ihren Geschäftsbereich
- Analysieren der Kunden und Produkte, um den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus zu optimieren
- Identifikation und Entwicklung neuer und verbesserter Produkte und Technologien
- Verbesserung bestehender Anwendungen in den globalen Märkten
- Identifikation und Entwicklung neuer, aufstrebender oder alternativer Märkte und Anwendungen
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung globaler Produktpositionierungs
- / Einführungsstrategien
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Preisstrategien
- Entwicklung, Überwachung und Umsetzung von Service
- und Supportstrategien, welche zur Erreichung der Ziele erforderlich sind
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung wirksamer Werbestrategien zum Aufbau und Erhalt der führenden Marktposition
- Förderung von Prozessverbesserungen zur Unterstützung kommerzieller und betrieblicher Verbesserungs
- und Wachstumsinitiativen
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von jährlichen und monatlichen Umsatzprognosen

- Universitärer Masterabschluss
- Internationale Geschäftserfahrung im Bereich Automotive
- Mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung (P&L Verantwortung) in einem global agierenden industriellen Fertigungsunternehmen
- Erfahrung in der Führung in einer internationalen Matrixorganisation
- Effiziente und effektive Kommunikation über alle Funktionen und Ebenen des Geschäftsbereichs
- Starke Ergebnisorientierung, globale Perspektive, Handlungsorientierung, starke Planungsfähigkeiten, ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
- Starke Kunden
- und Marktorientierung
- Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Flexibilität
- Ausgeprägter Geschäftssinn und Finanzkenntnisse zur Bewertung und Erstellung fundierter Geschäftsszenarien
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
