Für unser Business Development Team suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine kundenorientierte, engagierte und zuverlässige Person als Mitarbeiter/in Backoffice 80 - 100%.
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Sie unterstützen unsere Aussendienstmitarbeiter durch vielseitige administrative Aufgaben, wie Vorbereiten und Erstellen von Angeboten und Verträgen, Kalkulationen, Rechnungskontrolle, Erstellen von Statistiken und diverse Korrespondenz
- Sie organisieren und koordinieren Kongressbesuche sowie Besichtigungen unseres hochautomatisierten Laborcenters in Allschwil
- Bestellen von Praxislaborgeräten sowie die Kommunikation mit Lieferanten gehören ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben
**Sie bringen mit**:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in ähnlicher Position
- Kenntnisse in Marketing / Kommunikation sowie Branchenkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sehr gute MS-Office Anwendungskenntnisse
- Stilsicheres Deutsch und Französisch in Wort und Schrift (beide Sprachen Level C1)
- Flexible und kommunikative Persönlichkeit sowie exakte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
