**Your mission**:

- Monitoring, testing and support of the campaign execution
- Planning and preparation of test phases (time, resources, test tools, test environment) and test cases
- Definition of test-related KPIs and preparation of test-related dashboards
- Monitoring of test execution (development, business, key users) and documentation of test results
- Continuous improvement of the test processes
- Optimization of CRM strategy through continuous A/B testing
- Assessment and presentation or introduction of new marketing trends
- Monitoring customer communications throughout the year with a view to personalization and cross-channel optimization of measures to increase customer lifetime value
- Supporting the measurement of campaign performance and continuous optimization of KPIs as well as customer experience
- Close interaction with the entire CRM team to test and establish new lead generation approaches

**Your profile**:

- Successfully completed studies in communications or business administration with a focus on marketing, (business) information technology or a comparable qualification
- At least two years of professional experience in marketing and customer relationship management or a comparable professional field with a focus on market research or testing
- Knowledge of essential test concepts, test tools and experience in the execution of tests
- First experience with CRM strategies and in dealing with KPIs and CRM metrics
- First conducted market research studies in the area of Customer Relationship Management are a plus
- Analytical thinking, a high degree of initiative, innovativeness, decisiveness and creativity
- Strong team orientation as well as independent and result-oriented working style
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Retail industry knowledge is an advantage
