Dank unserem Know-how sind wir in der Lage, Betriebe ganzheitlich weiterzuentwickeln. So setzen wir für unsere schweizweiten Kunden komplette Hotelsystemlösungen um oder optimieren die Prozesse schrittweise in der existierenden Umgebung. Gleichzeitig erstellen wir neue Distributions
- und Revenue-Management-Strategien sowie Massnahmenpläne für einen verbesserten Online-Verkauf.

Bei all unseren Bestreben rund um den (digitalen) Hotelbetrieb stellen wir den Gast in den Mittelpunkt und verstehen die Digitalisierung als unser Instrument, um nicht nur die Prozesskosten zu senken, sondern auch die Umsätze im Hotel zu steigern.

mit einem hohen Verständnis für die operativen Abläufe in einem Hotel
- oder Gastrobetrieb und einer sehr hohen Begeisterung diese für und mit unseren Kunden zu digitalisieren.

Deine Aufgaben beinhalten:

- Du leitest Digitalisierungsprojekte von A-Z. Dies umfasst die Entwicklung, Planung, Ausführung und Administration
- Du bringst dein Wissen von Hotelsoftwares in die Kundenprojekte ein und kannst dich rasch auf die unterschiedlichene Bedürfnisse und Gegebenheiten einlassen
- Du arbeitest aktiv bei der Implementierung mit, überwachst und kontrollierst die Prozesse. Sei dies ein PMS, RMS, CRS, CRM oder auch ein POS
- Du bist die hauptverantwortliche Person für eines odere mehrere unserer Partnersysteme und unser Spezialist für dieses Tool
- Du unterstütztst bei Kundenanfragen und kommunizierst wichtige Systemneuerungen, Maintenance-Termine vorrauschauend
- Du bringst dein gutes operatives Verständnis in die Kundenprojekte mit ein und kommunizierst zielführend und empathisch mit unseren Kunden
- Du arbeitest als Teil eines kleinen interdisziplinären Teams und unterstützt auch ausserhalb deiner Kernaufgaben
- Berufserfahrung in Projektleitung, Distribution Management, Anwender-Support
- einer hohen Affinität für Technik und Innovation und dem Willen, dich im Bereich der Digitalisierung weiterzuentwickeln
- ausgeprägten Hotellerie-Systemkenntnissen: CRS, PMS, RMS und Hotel-Extranets und fundierte PC-Kenntnisse (MS-Office)
- operativer Erfahrung in der Hotellerie und Kenntnisse der Abläufe und Prozesse in den verschiedenen Abteilungen
- Erfahrung in der Schweizer Individualhotellerie
- vernetztem und analytischem Denken
- unternehmerischem Handeln
- hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ausgeprägtem Qualitätsanspruch
- Freude an der Umsetzung von Projekten
- selbstständigem und strukturiertem Arbeiten
- rascher Auffassungsgabe

- sicherem und kommunikativem Auftreten in der Arbeit mit den Kunden
- sehr guten Sprachkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift (D/E)
