As Delivery Manager/Lead, you’ll be your team’s steady hand, planning, supporting, improving and problem solving. Together with your team, you’ll support our client end-to-end within delivery operations focused around the transformation their digital business. Through your dedicated support, they’ll dare to innovate.

**The Opportunity**

We are growing the delivery offering and circle of one of our major swiss clients and look for a Delivery Manager/Lead to join and support us within our journey to the next level of success.

**The Position**

As our new Delivery Manager/Lead you’ll spend your time:

- Be an active member of the delivery team to influence strategy and decision making across the circle e.g. strategic recruitment planning, staffing deployment resolution, strategic direction of delivery approach
- People Leadership & Management
- Be a visible leader of your circle
- Prioritising work being done by your circle (portfolio management)
- Acting as a senior leader for the circle, setting expectations, objectives, actively managing and reviewing performance
- Setting and communicating roles and responsibilities within the circle
- Actively working to ensure your circle is diverse, inclusive and safe with a strong culture of learning and improvement
- Supporting the career development of team members along our career model
- Actively support recruitment by supporting marketing, engaging with local digital communities, and supporting the recruitment team
- Assessing skills and training staff; motivating them for effective performance.
- Defining and reviewing Objectives & Key Results - OKRs (goal-setting) with the team
- Delivery & Quality
- Working with peers, practice leads, global craft circles and your international network to assure work done in your circle
- Actively encouraging and sponsoring professional and team development
- Effectively steering and involving Delivery Centre members
- Planning and forecasting within your circle, in collaboration with sales, recruitment, portfolio management
- Improving the quality of delivery practices within your circle
- Providing appropriate financial, delivery, and operational data about your circle to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), PMO, Finance and Operations

**Qualifications**
- You hold relevant experience and demonstrable track records within a delivery and/or operations role supporting enterprise scale agile delivery
- You hold proven experience managing multiple teams to meet customer needs
- You are experienced managing large projects and programs and preferably hold a relevant project management certification (PMP; PgMP, PfMP, Prince2, APM, etc)
- Organising teams and work streams to hit and exceed GM targets is nothing new to you
- You are an experienced team and people leader
- You are confident communicating at all levels; in particular, senior clients, project stakeholders, and teams
- You hold the ability to connect the work done by the team to customer value
- You hold the ability to nurture constructive criticism to drive focus and continuous improvement
- You are a proficient German and English communicator
