What will your role be?

As a Project Delivery Manager at Cloudreach you hold full accountability for the successful delivery of your business transformation Programme(s) and/or Project(s). You will be responsible for and take ownership of all aspects of Programme and Project Management as required and as per the services purchased. You will ensure a continued focus on the commercial impact of the delivery and results, constantly striving for high levels of satisfaction and success for your Customer, Cloudreach (including all BUs), your delivery team and yourself.

What are we looking for?- Project Management - Expected to manage projects of low to medium complexity. Competent at establishing operational objectives, plans and goals and leading a team to execute this. Manages end to end project lifecycle or a phase within a larger project. Follows the Delivery Excellence process and operational standards. Manages a project team of approximately 6-20 people.-
- Tech leadership - Leads a team and engagement within Cloudreach of up to 20 technical resources
- Capable of mentoring and supporting Associate PDMs on Engagements.-
- Delivery Exp - Has successfully delivered at least 3 project initiatives at cloudreach for at least 2 different customers.
- Has delivered at least one Cloud project and worked in multiple (more than 2) different client environments.-
- Managing Budgets - Creates and conforms to budgets and reports accordingly. Tracks budgets of up to £200,000 / $260,000 for both revenue, cost and to defined KPIs.-
- Stakeholder Management - Guides and influences senior stakeholders, owns the delivery of a project or workstream.-
- Risk & Issue Management - Effectively manages risks and issues at the project level.-
- Certifications - 1 associate CSP cert plus PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM, PMI, PMP or equivalent-
- Provides advice and guidance within the expert community via available channels.-
- Communication - Attends and actively participates in Cloudreach internal technical education sessions/events.-
- Mentoring - Provides informal 1-2-1 technical mentoring and guidance to other team members.-
- Education - Contributes to improve existing upskilling training modules.-
- Knowledge Management - Contributes to improve existing knowledge-base content, reusable assets, or best practice materials.-
- Content Contributor - Creates external blog posts attributed to Cloudreach.-
- Subject Matter Expertise - Provides advice and guidance within the expert community via available channels.-
- External Events - Attends and provides supporting contribution for external partner, customer or industry events-
- Influencing & Advising - SMB influencing for technical or business personasExperience Required

Typically Bachelor’s degree with a number of years of professional experience. Qualified for positions that require professional accreditation.
