ÜBER DEINE ROLLE

Es erwartet Dich eine spannende Aufgabe in einem kundenorientierten, vielseitigen und kreativen Umfeld. Du bist verantwortlich für die Projektunterstützung auf spannenden Kundenetats und in einem jungen und dynamischen Beratungsteam aktiv eingebunden. Das Tagesgeschäft umfasst die zentrale Rolle im Austausch mit Kund: innen, Agenturteam und externen Partner: innen. Wir bieten ein flexibles, kreatives und teamorientiertes Arbeitsumfeld, in dem viel Raum für persönliche Entwicklung vorhanden ist.

DEINE HAUPTAUFGABEN
- Projektunterstützung auf verschiedenen Kundenetats in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Beratungsteam bzw. dem Client Lead
- Strategie, Planung, Umsetzung und Analyse sämtlicher digitalen und nicht-digitalen Kommunikationsmassnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Projektleitung
- Erarbeitung von Marketingmassnahmen mit Fokus Digital und Social Media
- Koordination der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Kund: innen, Agentur, Lieferant: innen und Partner: innen
- Projektmanagement (Timings, Übersetzungs
- und Offertwesen, Informations-beschaffung, Kontrolle der Werbemittel, u.v.m)

DEIN PROFI
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Abschluss in den Bereichen BWL, Marketing, Medien
- und Kommunikationswissenschaften
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen wie Französisch oder Italienisch sind von Vorteil
- Analytische Denkweise, selbständige und engagierte Persönlichkeit
- 1- 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und im Umgang mit Kunde: innen, idealerweise in einem Agenturumfeld
