**Demand Generation Operations Director**

Scandit is currently seeking an experienced **Demand Generation Operations Director** to support our Global demand generation processes and reporting. Based in Zurich, London or Boston you will be a key part of our Global team, supporting the engines that deliver Scandit's disruptive software-based Smart Data Capture solutions to mid-sized and Enterprise customers. Our target markets include businesses in retail, logistics, manufacturing and technology. You are a high-performing professional, experienced with process, technology and data, who is motivated to join a fast-growing and dynamic high-tech company to provide transparency and visibility into the key metrics of success.

**What You Will Do**
- Measure the effectiveness and help further develop our Demand Generation strategies and operational approaches through:

- Maintenance and further development of our Demand Generation Model to align with sales targets and core conversion metrics
- Demand Generation process review and insights across all of Scandit's Go-To-Market functions
- Providing insights into the effectiveness of the mix of Demand Generation activities and programs
- Ownership and reporting at Scandit's bi-weekly Demand Generation Council meetings
- Recommend, document and implement strategies to help drive Demand Generation effectiveness through:

- Leads and opportunities qualification and nurture routing processes
- Mid-funnel lifecycle management and data quality initiatives
- Documentation and communication of processes to all relevant stakeholders
- Analysis of:

- Sales cycles by pipeline source/journey
- Average deal sizes by pipeline source/journey
- Close rate and Win rate analysis by pipeline source/journey
- Effectiveness of mid-funnel pipeline acceleration programs
- Attributes of customers who have higher probabilities of
- Manage core Demand Generation Reporting and Operational Processes
- Prime responsibility for the Demand Generation Model and interlock process used to determine the value and volume of pipeline required for sales targets to be achieved
- Prime responsibility for the review and insights on delivery against Demand Generation targets at the monthly Regional DG review meetings, input into DG reviews at the QBRs and Board meetings
- Monthly insight reporting for the Head of Marketing, Head of Partnerships, BDR Directors and Head of Sales

**Who You Are**
- Ideally 10+ years of Marketing, Revenue and Sales Operations experience
- Experience in SaaS companies during periods of rapid ARR growth
- Comfortable working with and presenting to Sales VPs, directors and individual sales people
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Product and Engineering teams
- Known as reliable, structured, and a self-starter
- Highly proficient in data manipulation and obsessed with data accuracy
- Excellent communicator able to translate data into actionable insights
