**Program & Partnerships Manager (80-100%)**

We are looking for a Program & Partnerships Manager to drive revenue growth from institutional partners in order to realize Right To Play’s ambitious global strategic plan. Reporting to the head of Program & Partnerships, you will join a team of 8 people in the Zurich office and be part of a global community, working closely with our teams around the world. You will play a pivotal role in growing our cooperation with and support from institutional donors, expanding cooperation with existing partners and developing relationships with new ones, ultimately ensuring that Right To Play programs are able to protect, educate, and empower children and youth worldwide.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
As part of the Program & Partnerships team, you will be responsible for securing and managing grants from institutional donors for our projects and programs, mainly from foundations. You will take on a variety of functions that support the Swiss office’s business development and grant management strategy, ranging from proposal development for new funding opportunities to grant management for existing donor partnerships. Your main responsibilities are the following:
**Proposal Development**:

- Identify projects to be proposed in line with Right To Play global strategy and country programmatic priorities, according to donor requirements and interests.
- Lead the development of project proposals for institutional donors and foundations in coordination with Right To Play Country Offices and global teams.
- Support networking opportunities such as identifying, preparing, and attending relevant networks and working groups.

**Grant Management and Stewardship**:

- Prepare quality and timely narrative and financial reports in line with donor requirements.
- Draft letters, funding agreements, grant summary documents, and other project-related documents in line with Right To Play’s grant management processes.
- Regularly update the internal CRM system and Microsoft SharePoint sites.
- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional donors and answer any questions they may have.

**Funding Identification and Donor Cultivation**:

- Research and identify potential new donors relevant to Right To Play’s geographic and thematic focus areas.
- Monitor funding opportunities and ‘calls’ of potential and existing donors.
- Prepare and conduct meetings with potential new institutional donors.

**Other duties as required**:

- Contribute to strategic discussions within the team to support planning and priorities.
- Support the planning and implementation of internal meetings and/or conferences.
- Additional tasks as requested by colleagues from the Swiss or Global Partnerships teams.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Must have)**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in International Relations, Political Science, or related field.
- 4 years’ experience working in international development or related areas.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German.
- Outstanding attention to detail and project management skills.
- Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience working with CRM systems.

**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS (An Asset)**:

- Experience working in a range of cultural contexts and developing countries.
- Fluency in spoken and written French.
- Certification in project management.
