ServiceNow Consumer Portal Program mission is to ensure a comprehensive consumer experience where it is a ‘pleasure to do business with IS Service. Key objectives of the Program are about making it easy to do business with IS Service, reducing consumer effort score, provide premium user experience, getting consumer back to business quickly. ABB Consumer Portal currently supports several functions in ABB (IT, Finance, Legal, Travel, HR, etc.).

**Your responsibilities**:

- Program Plan and Build: Defines, with key stakeholders, the scope of work, cost/budget, resources required, time schedule, and detailed work allocation for the projects within the program
- Involves target consumers (personas) through Adoption and UX tactics in defining the solution and needs
- Collaborates with CEN Success Manager to deep dive on data, VOC, Incidents, Usage to identify the key success factors
- Accountable for risk reporting on program level
- Proactively collaborates with key Business and IS Stakeholders to build a continuous improvement environment and to support an ongoing program of change to improve consumer-oriented services, processes and products as prioritized based on business needs
- Program Execution: Business value realization through successful program delivery and implementation in an agile framework, i.e. iteratively
- Responds to consumer feedback and UX recommendations to define the delivery planning, user stories and sprints
- Keeps all the team informed on delivery roadmap and sprint planning
- Is responsible for the daily management of deliverables throughout the life cycle of the program
- Empowers steam leads to take accountability for their delivery
- Is responsible for the delivery/output product of the program, which consists of one or more projects, on time, in scope, and within agreed quality and cost/budget
- Coordinates and prioritizes program tasks, manages timelines, maintains program plans, and communicates status to key stakeholders
- Effectively organizes, monitors and controls activities to ensure achievement of planned stage-gates and efficient utilization of available resources
- Clearly defines and communicates ways of working, guiding principles and roles and responsibilities
- Acts effectively and empathically to issues within the team cohesion or delivery
- Strategy: Stays informed about any change in IS strategy, and is consulted regarding any change or other project which might have a major impact on the program
- Stays in line with the current IS strategy of making it a pleasure doing business with IS
- Ensures that all stakeholders adhere to the strategic processes and standards within budget and timetable. Develops and communicates status updates along with strategic changes
- Contributes to the improvement of policies, standards and processes
- Stakeholder Management: Serves as the key contact for the program stakeholders, and as escalation point for project issues. Acts as a CenterPoint for further product improvements based on the incoming demand
- Calls on SMEs (Adoption, UX, Content, Tech) to support in stakeholder management and showcasing the skills and people in the team
- Effectively communicates appropriate information to stakeholders promptly to achieve desired understanding and support, while managing expectations and relationships and making sure the stakeholders are satisfied with the program outcomes
- Standards, Governance and IS Compliance: Ensures projects within the program follow sound methodology and execution practices in accordance with standard ABB internal directives and procedures
- Ensures appropriate ABB IS Project Management standards and methods are followed
- Executes, for assigned tasks, all actions in IS processes according to agreed RACI specification
- Adherence to Corporate IS Policies and Procedures, as well as to both internal regulations and external legislation falls within the area of responsibility of this job
- People Leadership: Coordinates the resources allocated to the program and the projects within the program, de-fining main guidelines, allocating project tasks, and motivating and monitoring internal and/or external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones
