Minimum qualifications:

- Experience designing content and processes to improve efficiency and scale.
- Experience with program management or a relevant field, including prioritization, stakeholder management, scoping, project planning.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in software development lifecycle or collaborating with software teams.
- Understanding of managing business needs and measuring business impact of creative projects.
- Excellent commercial acumen and a sense of accountability and ownership for end-to-end project lifecycle.
- Excellent project management and communication skills with high attention to detail.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

As a Program Manager, you'll help shape Google’s products and lead complex, multidisciplinary projects that span teams, offices, time zones, and hemispheres. You will work with Product Managers, Engineers, and partner teams to enable the organization to execute on goals and move success metrics including product excellence and daily active users. You will solve problems independent of organizational boundaries and utilize people, processes, and tools to transform the operation and effectiveness of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute feature planning and prioritization in the product area.
- Represent your product and engineering teams across Google to develop actionable plans to coordinate launch needs of the entire product area.
- Establish the necessary programs and one-off projects for the team to plan and execute in order for the product area to be successful.
- Develop and deliver strategic plans for executive audiences.
