Business Application Manager CRM and Flow

As a Business Application Manager CRM and Flow Management system, you will be responsible for the Functional IT enhancements of CRM and Flow Management system (Screendragon). You will also supervises system configuration deployments according to business needs and will support in developing processes to manage the day-to-day functioning of platforms for the benefits of end-users.

**Main responsibilities**

Functional Service CRM and Flow Management system
- Analyse current systems and business processes and agree on functional requirements and platforms functional improvements.
- Determine and analyse processes and implement functional changes.
- Analyse business requirements and develop enhancements to achieve same
- Analyse all business functional enhancements ideas related to platforms i.e. new requests, including the feasibility, cost/benefit, etc. analysis in alignment with IT Demand process

Functional enhancements & projects
- Execute enhancing projects related to the platform, size S and M
- Supervise /execute mid & large-size projects, with the support of internal/external IT and Business resources; in this context, guarantee the compliance of the project within IT processes.
- Plan and execute User Acceptance tests prior functional enhancement’s deployment.
- Manage the current backlog of the platform
- Act as Functional SME (Subject Matter Expert) facing customers’ requirements.
- Act as Product Lifecycle manager with regards to business processes evolution.

Release management
- Determine plans for annual releases with platforms vendors.
- Analyse vendors functional releases and determine user’s impact.
- Test functional changes, coordinate user acceptance test.
- Collaborate with internal Change Management team on releases’ communication and actions.
- Ensure functional changes are properly deployed in the context of Release management and ensure internal IT processes are respected.
- Liaise with the Service Manager for the technical support of platforms
- Liaise with Change Management team on Product releases
- Manage the preferred vendors for platforms - for functional enhancements/support if necessary.
- Be the preferred partner of the business Relationship Manager for any question related to Platforms (except bug tickets)
- Have a deep understanding of the underlying technology and its possibilities
- Have a deep understanding of the implementation of platforms at IOC: processes, functional implementation and technical implementation
- Provide quick answer to simple requests from the business /business relationship manager and PMs (questions, reports, etc.)
- Analyse Incidents and Change Requests that affect CRM /Workflow Management platforms, including the feasibility, cost/benefit, etc. and liaise with the Service Manager for the implementation.

**Our requirements**
- Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, related field or equivalent work experience
- English or French fluency, with excellent writing and speaking of the other language.
- Excellent command of the corporate tools and ability to follow the internal user rules (Outlook, etc.).
- Experience of CRM systems (i.,e Salesforce)
- Knowledge of workflow platforms (Microsoft Flow, Screendragon..) is a plus
- Experience in defining and implementing CRM across organisation is a plus
- Any experience in implementing Workflow management platform is appreciated
- Experienced in leading challenging business requirements
- Proven ability to deliver under challenging circumstances
- Ability to understand complex business processes and organization structures.
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proven projects and enhancements delivery track record related to CRM
- Budget and vendor management is necessary
- Experience as Business Analyst and Project Manager is appreciated
- Technical Project Leader experience is an advantage
