Global Agile Coach, Emerging Markets

As we accelerate the transformation of this amazing business, there is a need to build agility into how we transform our go-to-market and operational models to help our customers and patients. Our Emerging Markets is on the journey to mature the Agile Mindset and Agile Methods to drive business outcomes and find new value propositions in a complex and changing environment.

The person chosen to do this role will join an amazing team of Agile, change management, digital and transformation leaders to advance Agile in Human Health, particularly within the Emerging Markets, which represents two-thirds of the world’s population. They will be responsible for advising and delivering the appropriate Agile Mindset and Methodology to drive business outcomes, working closely with business leaders and other key capabilities such as customer experience, data & analytics and technology. Key responsibilities include:

- Leading engagements with internal customers to initiate or advance their Agile journey with a sharp focus on business outcomes and creating consistent approaches, terminology and communications.
- Acting as a coach to senior leaders and teams (often supporting a local Coach or Scrum Master)
- Having a global mindset and be able to synthesize and share learnings, develop materials and products to advance HH's agile journey overall
- Understanding key digital capabilities that we are using to accelerate our business and build into cross-functional teams
- Work collaboratively with other global coaches
- Model Agile in the way you think and act to inspire cultural change throughout the global organization

**Education Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent from an accredited university
**Requirements and qualifications**:

- Expert working knowledge and experience in advancing Agile Mindset and Methodologies, at a team and op model level with a track record of results - minimum of 7 years' experience in this field
- Prior experience working on a large transformational change initiative
- Innovative thinker, curious, problem solver with a growth mindset
- Ability to collaborate in matrix structures
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and cross-regionally across multiple business units
- Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills, both written and oral, are required to synthesize key issues, and communicate/persuade constituencies towards specific actions and initiatives
- Well organized, highly motivated, process driven and results oriented with the ability to prioritize and drive measurable value
- Fluency in English, additional languages are desirable

Our company has had a presence in Switzerland since 1963. With a regional office and manufacturing/packaging facility, Lucerne is considered the center of operations. Approximately 1,000 people work collaboratively at the four Lucerne locations (Tribschenstrasse, Citybay, Schachen and Kriens). A fifth location has been recently established in Zurich, aimed at accelerating the development and commercialization of many of our company’s medicines and vaccines, which supports our mission to save and improve lives around the world. The new location has a target date of 2021 for operational readiness.
