The HPV Consumer Activation Lead supports the extensive acceleration of the HPV business and private/reimbursed market opportunity space, by executing impactful consumer and HCP campaigns in markets for the region across the entire activation journey. The position is based in Lucerne, Switzerland.

Vaccines is a diverse team of professionals building on our Company’s 130-year legacy as a global leader and innovator of pediatric, adolescent and adult vaccines. The Vaccines Marketing Commercial organization is part of our International Marketing Organization (IMO), a results-driven, ambitious team of sales and marketing professionals who are passionate about bringing our Company's prescription medicines and vaccines to ex-US markets. The Vaccines Team supports the execution for the HPV & PCV portfolio’s, including inline vaccines as well as our innovative pipeline assets.
Our International HPV ACT (Activate, Convert, Track) Digital Lead is an experiences consumer activation lead and the executor responsible for implementing digital consumer and HCP campaigns in all selected markets. This individual works with the key markets to implement content across all prioritized segments and persona’s in all selected digital (and offline) channels that grow the business and contribute to our Company’s mission to bring lifesaving medicines and vaccines to patients worldwide.
You will be leading the ACT Digital Activation Squad to help our Company drive growth in the consumer-leaning franchises by driving always-on campaigns and content, help consumers in the journey of disease education, and encourage them to consult with their doctors.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for the HPV ACT Digital Activation Lead are focused on supporting the key markets and regions in driving our key growth driver - HPV by executing the impactful and unique campaigns for the region in all markets. You will work closely with key markets and the Campaign Manager to transcreate and localize the developed (or curated) content into all selected markets, with support of the digital leads and marketing leads in market. You will also be responsible for ensuring the same content gets executed and launched in all satellite regions of our company, through the digital leads in the markets.
As the HPV ACT Digital Activation Lead, your focus is on building a best-in-class engine and team to achieve business objectives:
- Oversees consumer activation infrastructure development for the regional hub and in markets (e.g., E2E model development, digital strategy, campaign development, conversion infrastructure, etc.)
- Liaises with and guides in-market Consumer Activation leads to ensure appropriate activation capabilities across regions and shares best practices, if required
- Responsible for managing the digital strategy and liaising with in-market activation leads
- Build frameworks and playbooks on how to activate consumers through digital and social channels.
- Supports digital activation capability building for markets and regions.
- Drive change management for ACT Consumer Activation Squad initiatives through communication, capability building, and collaboration
You will also be serving as the main connector for markets or regions, your responsibilities will cover deployment of centralized model for selected markets covering owned, earned and paid channels:
- Execute the E2E campaigns across selected markets, through all channels across digital and social channels in partnership with agencies as needed
- Supports the localization and transcreation with the markets with the Campaign Manager
- Supports the set-up of governance structures with the markets, work on medical and legal approval with together with the Campaign Manager
- Ensures community practices, owns & runs the social media community team
- Manage measurement setting and reporting in close collaboration with performance and insights specialist
- Align with the ACT Digital Infrastructure Manager on infrastructure needs like websites, partnerships etc.
Leadership Excellence
- Oversees the HPC ACT Digital Activation Squad to execute content, messages and assets in all markets and regions efficiently
- Forge deep relationships across the enterprise and quickly become an integral, well
- respected partner across the broad vaccines and commercial organization, including global, key markets and regions
- Serve as coach and mentor to in-market digital and social medial leads including associate directors and specialists in the key markets
