Klenico Health ist ein Mental Health Tech Startup (mit Ursprung an der Universität in Zürich). Das Klenico Team hat in Zusammenarbeit mit führenden Kliniken in Europa eine digitale Lösung entwickelt, die psychische Belastungen sichtbar macht. Damit wird ein Problem adressiert, das weltweit über 700 Millionen Menschen betrifft. Klenico unterstützt Fachpersonen, Betroffene psychischer Beschwerden sowie Unternehmen und deren Mitarbeiter: innen individuelle psychische Belastungen zu verstehen, und dank präziserer Diagnostik schneller zur passenden Therapie zu verhelfen.
**Unser Team besteht aus Psycholog**: innen, Gesundheitswissenschaftler: innen, Business Professionals und Software Engineers. Hierfür suchen wir eine: n Werkstudent: in (w/m/d), der: die: dey uns dabei unterstützt, Klenico auf das nächste Level zu heben.
Aufgaben
- Ansprechpartner: in für Kund: innen, um ihnen eine erstklassige Erfahrung mit Klenico zu bieten
- Aufsetzen von Prozessen und Durchführung von Onboardings
- Definition von Kund: innen-Zielen und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Erreichung dieser
- Operative Betreuung von innovativen Projekten mit unterschiedlichen Partner: innnen aus dem Gesundheitswesen
- Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren Teams, wie Product Management, Marketing & BizDev, an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten
Qualifikation
- Kunden
- bzw. menschenzentriertes Mindset
- Vorherige Arbeitserfahrung, idealerweise im Customer Success Bereich
- Fähigkeit schnell vertrauensvolle Beziehungen mit Kund: innen aufzubauen
- Hohe Affinität für digitale Lösungen
- Hohe Affinität für das Gesundheitswesen und das Thema psychische Gesundheit
- Idealerweise einen Studienschwerpunkt in einem relevanten Gebiet (Psychologie, Gesundheitsmanagement, Kommunikation, BWL.. )
- Verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift auf Deutsch, Englisch ist ein plus
- Regelmäßige Mindestarbeitszeit von 16h pro Woche, bevorzugt 24h pro Woche (60% Stelle)
- Interesse an einer langfristigen Zusammenarbeit
