Im Auftrag unseres Kunden IVF Hartmann AG suchen wir eine/n Customer Support Digital Solutions (40-50%)

Customer Support Digital Solutions (40-50%)

In dieser Funktion steht die Automatisierung standardisierter Auftragsübermittlungen im Fokus. Als Customer Support Digital Solutions bist Du für die Anbindung der Kunden über verschiedene ERP-Systeme an unser System verantwortlich und wirst zum Experten in Themen wie z. B. EDI und Marktplatzanbindung. Zudem gewährleistest Du den reibungslosen Kommunikationsfluss zwischen Kunden, unserer IT-Abteilung, sowie externen Softwareanbietern. Die Funktion als SAP-Key User und die Mitarbeit im Vertriebsinnendienst mit der vollumfänglichen Auftragsbearbeitung, sowie telefonischer Kundenbetreuung rundet Dein Aufgabenprofil ab.

Qualifikation
- Ausbildung als Kauffrau / Kaufmann, als Mediamatiker/-in oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit mind. 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst, Erfahrung im Gesundheitssektor von Vorteil
- Positive Grundeinstellung zu Stammdatenoptimierung, um Automatisierungsquoten zu steigern
- Hohe EDV-Affinität (MS Office, SAP, CRM) und Interesse an digitalen Kundenlösungen (EDI, Webshop-Anbindungen, etc.)
- Kommunikationsstärke mit der Eigenschaft, in hektischen Zeiten die Ruhe zu bewahren und Prioritäten zu setzen
- Stilsichere Deutsch
- und konversationssichere Englischkenntnisse, Französisch wünschenswert
