Du hast den Drive, um digitalen Verkauf und digitalen Kundenservice in Deinen Zielmärkten (Kliniken und Industrieunternehmen) zusammen mit einem kreativen Team zu pushen? Du setzt Deine Begeisterung, Deinen Elan und Deine Fähigkeiten ein, um digitale Geschäftsideen zu kreieren? Enge Zusammenarbeit im Team, Führung im Rahmen von Projekten und Kundengewinnung begeistern Dich? Du liebst es, digitale Visionen zu verwirklichen und Tools zu optimieren und misst Deine Ergebnisse gerne quantitativ? Du schätzt flache Hierarchien und die Möglichkeit, Dich sowohl konzeptionell als auch umsetzend einzubringen?

Als **Digital Product Manager Clinics & Industry** **bist Du verantwortlich für die Online Angebote (Shop, Portal) für Industrieunternehmen und Kliniken. Ferner agierst Du als Product Owner der digitalen Kundenlösungen easyShelf (Auto Inventory Bestelllösung) und easySecure (digitales Pandemielager). Deine Aufgabe besteht aus Online-Business (Umsatz, digitale Vermarktung, Lead Generation) und Product-Ownership. Bei Letzteren stellst Du den 2nd und 3rd-Level-Support für die internen und externen Anspruchsgruppen sicher, dokumentierst und vermarktest Deine Tools zusammen mit Sales und Digitalmarketing. Deine Tools entwickelst Du in Sprints zusammen mit unserem internen Dev-Kollegen. Du bist integraler Bestandteil des Sales
- und Marketing Teams, bekommst schnell Feedback von Kunden und vom Markt und kannst neue Features und Marketingmassnahmen agil umsetzen.
- Um gemeinsame Erfolge zu erzielen, bringst Du Folgendes mit:_
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Wirtschaft, Informatik oder Digital-Sales
- Analytischen Fähigkeiten und der Wille, digitale Geschäftsideen in greifbare Konzepte zu fassen
- Hands-on-Mentalität und Problemlösungsvermögen (ad hoc Analysen mit SQL)
- Erfahrungen im Online-Business, CRM, Marketing-Automation, BI und SAP von Vorteil
- Gute kommunikative Skills in Deutsch, konversationssicheres Englisch; Französisch oder Italienisch von Vorteil
