**Customer Support Digital Solutions (40-50%)**

In dieser Funktion steht die Automatisierung standardisierter Auftragsübermittlungen im Fokus. Als **Customer Support Digital Solutions **bist Du für die Anbindung der Kunden über verschiedene ERP-Systeme an unser System verantwortlich und wirst zum Experten in Themen wie z. B. EDI und Marktplatzanbindung. Zudem gewährleistest Du den reibungslosen Kommunikationsfluss zwischen Kunden, unserer IT-Abteilung, sowie externen Softwareanbietern. Die Funktion als SAP-Key User und die Mitarbeit im Vertriebsinnendienst mit der vollumfänglichen Auftragsbearbeitung, sowie telefonischer Kundenbetreuung rundet Dein Aufgabenprofil ab.

Um diese abwechslungsreiche Aufgabe erfüllen zu können, erachten wir folgendes Profil als Voraussetzung:_**
- Ausbildung als Kauffrau / Kaufmann, als Mediamatiker/-in oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit mind. 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst, Erfahrung im Gesundheitssektor von Vorteil
- Positive Grundeinstellung zu Stammdatenoptimierung, um Automatisierungsquoten zu steigern
- Hohe EDV-Affinität (MS Office, SAP, CRM) und Interesse an digitalen Kundenlösungen (EDI, Webshop-Anbindungen, etc.)
- Kommunikationsstärke mit der Eigenschaft, in hektischen Zeiten die Ruhe zu bewahren und Prioritäten zu setzen
- Stilsichere Deutsch
- und konversationssichere Englischkenntnisse, Französisch wünschenswert
